Fix MultiChildLayoutDelegate.hasChild doc (#126433) ...

fixes https://github.com/flutter/flutter/issues/115898

`hasChild` checks `_idToChild` map.  `_idToChild` is not assigned until `_callPerformLayout` is called.
So `hasChild` shouldn't be called in `getSize`.
