This example shows how to use `AnimationController` and `SlideTransition` to create an animated digit like you might find on a digital clock. New digit values slide into place from below, as the old value slides upwards and out of view. Taps that occur while the controller is already animating cause the controller's `AnimationController.duration` to be reduced so that the visuals don't fall behind. Notes
Note on Gradle wrapper files in .gitignore:
Gradle wrapper files should normally be checked into source control. The example projects don't do that to avoid having several copies of the wrapper binary in the Flutter repo. Instead, the Gradle wrapper is injected by Flutter tooling, and the wrapper files are .gitignore'd to avoid making the Flutter repository dirty as a side effect of running the examples.
