Chris Bracken ce08bf9a21 Log checksum validation errors at trace level (#11944 )

Checksum validation is intended only as a performance improvement.
Checksum de-serialization errors (typically framework version mismatch) are
expected on framework updates and shouldn't be user-visible except for
informational purposes when --verbose is set.

Flutter tools

Tools for building Flutter applications.

To run the tests, ensure that no devices are connected, then navigate to flutter_tools and execute:

../../bin/cache/dart-sdk/bin/pub run test
